I came here looking for a vehicle. I have bad credit. Right deal Auto sales staff works so hard trying to find someone to finances me. They even stayed later than they should have they close at 6:00 and we were there until almost 9:00 at night. They did not want to give and it worked I got my vehicle. Tyler Walton and John Henry and the rest of the team at right deal Auto sales went above and beyond their job duties. The wipers needed to be replaced they did replace those for me. The whole staff that work here are incredible I will definitely be referring everyone I know to them and that is not because they give you $100 refer a friend lol. That at is because they are the most kindest, most helpful, and honest sales people I have ever met. I know that me and my husband will definitely be back when we get a vehicle for my husband a good reliable vehicle to make it everyday an hour and a half away to and from work 5 days a week and also when we get our daughter's vehicles. I got my vehicle on 12/13 /2024 it is a 2006 Toyota Sienna with great miles on it there's no lights coming on engine sounds amazing brand new looking tires and it's exactly what I wanted. I have been in the market for a new car. Specifically, I've been looking for a Mazda CX-5. I thought I would eventually have to settle for any vehicle to get a price tag under 20 grand! My husband had the great idea to contact Tyler and he miraculously had a beautiful 2016 Mazda CX-5 on the lot. I've only just started driving it, but I am already so happy with my new wheels! JD was amazing with helping us purchase the 2019 Jeep of my sister's dreams. A lot of times with buying a car it's all about the money and the sale but buying from JD was honestly the most pleasant thing because he was about the experience. He was super accommodating and flexible with arranging everything around our schedules. He communicated with us through out the entire process and even checked in after just to make sure my sister was still happy with her Jeep. FYI to any 1 who purchase cars, don't blame the dealers for your bad decisions on vehicle you buy, do your research on the type of vehicle your looking for, there is good an bad in all vehicles, right deal has been been very good to us. Has fixed anything that we have baught if we find somthing wrong rite after the deal, all cars are as is. An they are under no obligation once you drive off, so look your car over when purchasing a vehicle. I highly recommend right deal auto sales they are good people, an great to work with. I leased a vehicle from these guys over a year ago and just paid it off. They are amazing when I was driving a vehicle that wasn’t going out on me they found me a vehicle that meet my needs and was with in my budget (most months) communication was key. 100% will return when looking for my next vehicle.
